Xavier joins the CSAR board as the founder and general partner of Redline Labs, a venture studio that mentors graduate students as entrepreneurs-in-residence, guiding them in building and launching their own tech companies. When not working, you’ll often find Xavier on the trails or photographing ghost towns with his wife, Laurel, and their three dogs – Mowgli, Baloo, and Quinlan.
